All orders placed will be dispatched from our designated warehouse within 2 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 4 business days for dispatch.
Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address provided during purchase. TingleMart is not liable for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. Once an order has been processed, we cannot amend the address or redirect the parcel. In such cases, TingleMart cannot send another parcel or issue a refund.
If a parcel is returned to TingleMart due to reasons such as non-payment of fees, duties, incorrect address, or being unclaimed at the post office, you must contact us at tinglemart@gmail.com to arrange redelivery. You may be responsible for covering all postage costs.
TingleMart is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged shipments. Upon delivery, it’s your responsibility to inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. Any claims regarding shortages or quality must be made in writing to tinglemart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the products. If you receive more products than ordered, you must notify us and return the surplus products (we will cover the shipping costs).
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. TingleMart is not liable for lost or stolen parcels delivered to the address provided during checkout. If a parcel goes missing, you are responsible for contacting the carrier or local authorities. TingleMart cannot send another parcel or issue a refund once the responsibility of the parcel passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
All delivery times provided are estimates only. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept liability for delayed delivery caused by third parties.
Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays beyond our control.
Please note that all shipping time frames are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of the order.
